Hotel Technology and the Customer Journey


Hoteliers are thinking more about how to connect with guests in new ways, and that means before, during and after a hotel stay.  In this presentation we’ll evaluate the current state of hotel industry technology, the disconnect between owners and tech providers, emerging guest-facing technologies and how they affect customer behavior, and some of the technology that’s being implemented to get customers to book and return time and again.
